Human 2.0!!

After a long period of time, I here to explain one new technology to you. This new trending technology is known as human 2.0. I think after hearing the title you going somewhere but don’t go anywhere; it is the new name of the technology Human Augmentation.

It’s my work to define the term before you. Human augmentation is the field of research that enhances human abilities through medicine or technology. In the olden days, this can be achieved by chemical substances that improve a selected ability or by installing implants. But which require medical operation for example artificial body parts. A simple example of this is binocular, all of you know that what is the purpose of it, through this you can understand what human 2.0 is.

Ok, now it is necessary to know the augmented technology around us. If you’re all thinking about our desktop, but it is not. But if you think about a smartphone or smartwatch then it is. This means the augmented technology is none other than the thing that should be carried with you in all-time at anywhere.

Now the definition of art is over, move on to the next topic which is what are the different types of human augmented technology. Basically, there are three types of augmented technology. They are

1)   Replicating human abilities – this is basically restored or replicate typical human ability. This includes prosthetic limbs for the disabled, hearing aid for the deaf, and voice synthesizer for mute.

2)   Supplementing human abilities – as the name suggests, it improves our ability to do something that falls under the category of supplementation. This includes the devices that are artificially increasing our strength like enhance our sight beyond normal limits or increase our intelligence.

3)   Exceeding human abilities – The things that allow us to do that are not to do on our own fall under this category. This includes the things like the ability to fly, breathe underwater, see ultraviolet or infrared light and smell chemicals not currently detectable by the human olfactory sense.

Ok, the definition and types part is over next move on to the real-time example for this technology.

1)   eSight – It is a wearable device that is the same as the glasses that enable legally blind people to see their environment.

2)   Cochlear Fix-It gives the ability to hear the thing for the deaf.

3)   Translation tool – This one will enable you to have smooth communication without any language barriers

4)   Neuralink – Did you believe it? It gives you the ability to control the system through your thoughts like telepathy.

5)   Artificial Chip – Also known as Optogenetics is the human augmented technology used to mimic the human brain with the help of this one you will store, delete, and process information crucial for computing. This means it’s possible for you to create and modify your memory through this.

Here I list down some of the developed or developing technology. But if you want to create the new augmented technology then what it could be?
